Enjoy Isla Verde’s beach atmosphere with restaurants, supermarkets, shops and hotels nearby, plus convenient access to the airport. Spend your days enjoying the shore, discovering local flavors or exploring Puerto Rico, then return to your own welcoming retreat.
A HOTEL-STYLE FEEL WITH THE COMFORTS OF HOME
This beautifully decorated studio features warm wood tones, blue accents, inviting lighting and an open layout that brings together the sleeping, sitting and kitchenette areas.
Rest in the queen-size bed, relax on the loveseat, or enjoy breakfast before heading out. The equipped kitchenette includes a refrigerator, microwave, cooktop, sink and kitchen essentials for preparing simple meals. A dedicated coffee station adds a welcoming touch to your morning routine.
The studio also includes air conditioning, TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, a desk and a full bathroom with a shower.
YOUR PRIVATE BALCONY — SIDE OCEAN VIEW
Step outside to a private balcony with a table and seating for two—a lovely spot for morning coffee or a quiet moment after exploring.
IMPORTANT: The apartment has a partial SIDE OCEAN VIEW from the balcony. It is not an oceanfront-facing unit and does not offer a full, straight-on ocean view.
BEACH ACCESS — JUST A SHORT WALK
You have two nearby options for reaching the beach:
• A beach entrance across from the condominium.
• Another beach entrance approximately a ONE-MINUTE WALK to the left when exiting the condominium.
The condominium’s own direct beach entrance is TEMPORARILY CLOSED due to high tides. Please plan to use the nearby entrances described above.
PARKING — PLEASE READ
On-site parking for one vehicle is available on a first-come, first-served basis (not guaranteed). There is no assigned or reserved parking space for the apartment. Availability depends on open spaces when you arrive.
