A charming beach cottage located in Ocean City, NJ Historic Dollhouse Row. The area sits back off of 15th St & Bay Ave and is located in a quiet, close knit neighborhood. It is located approximately 7 Blocks to the Beach & Boardwalk (walk-able or a short bike ride) and is about a half a block from the Bay, which features beautiful sunsets every evening. For children, playground, basketball courts, and Italian Restaurant (Mario's) all within 1-2 blocks from the house! Enjoy OCNJ!
The space
The house is multi-level (spiral staircase leading to the second floor). There are 2 bedrooms with one queen bed and one full bed in each room in the upstairs space along with a full bathroom. The lower level consists of a kitchen, eat-in. kitchen, and a living room. There is a small (but lovely) backyard where you can eat as well.
