All of the apartments are named after world famous beaches. Our 'Avalon' apartment is bright and sunny with spectacular white water ocean views. You can hear the waves and smell the surf! This spacious two bedroom, second floor, apartment is charming with bright decorator furnishings and chic beach touches. The large kitchen is fully equipped for making a gourmet meal or simply packing a picnic lunch for the beach. The grounds of the building contain a barbecue area and outdoor shower with beach toys and boogie boards. This upscale, family friendly neighborhood is a minute walk from every restaurant cuisine you can imagine, plus shopping, grocery stores, bars and all the boardwalk activities. Freeway access to all San Diego attractions is nearby.
