Restaurants, cafés, bakeries, the steamer landing stage and various shopping facilities can be found in the immediate vicinity.
The two apartments are centrally heated and share a common hallway. As this is an old house, please note the low ceiling heights, especially on the upper floor (2.10 m).
This approx. 55 square metre, tastefully furnished non-smoking apartment on the ground floor for 2 adults has a combined living room/bedroom (double bed, two armchairs, flat-screen TV), a large, fully equipped kitchen (dining table, sofa, electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, osmosis water filter system), a bathroom (shower, bathtub, WC, hairdryer) and a large furnished terrace in the inner courtyard. Breakfast can be taken in a café a few steps away for a fee on request. A free car park can be used directly in front of the house, further parking spaces (chargeable during the day from 9 am to 6 pm) can be found directly in the street or a few steps away for free. You can park in front of the house for loading and unloading.
